St. George's College, Aruvithura has established numerous collaborations and signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with various academic institutions and industries. These collaborations are mainly aimed at promoting student exchange programs, joint research projects, academic projects, industry visits, and training activities.

Some of the prominent academic institutions with which the college has MoUs include IIIT Kottayam, Alphonsa College Pala, Devamatha College Kuravilangad, and St. Joseph's College Moolamattam. These collaborations have facilitated student exchange programs, joint research activities, and academic projects.

The college has also established MoUs with industries such as Holmarc Opto Mechatronics (P) Ltd, Ernakulam, for joint research projects with the Physics Department. In addition to academic institutions and industries, the college has also collaborated with Central Plantation Crops Research Institute, Krishnapuram, for research activities with the Food Science Department, and Tropical Biosciences for training activities with the Botany Department.

The college has also signed an MoU with the ICT Academy of Tamil Nadu for student training through its Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC). Similarly, the Confederation For Ayurvedic Renaissance-Keralam Limited has collaborated with the Food Science Department for student projects.

These collaborations and MoUs have provided students with unique learning opportunities and helped the college to enhance its research and training activities. The college continuously seeks to establish new collaborations and partnerships to provide students with the best educational experience.
